We’ve introduced new non-tax and other pay types, giving you more ways to handle reimbursements and special pay scenarios through payroll.
When these pay types are selected, the hours column automatically switches to an amount column, reducing manual work and ensuring accurate reporting.
More Accurate Time Tracking
A new Work Location field lets users tag time entries based on where the work happened:
- Job
- Travel
- Shop Work
This added detail helps improve job costing and ensures time is allocated correctly, without extra admin.
Improved Access Controls
Managing permissions just got easier. You can now:
- Restrict visibility of employee details when users are entering time for others
- Limit access to worker classes and entries, helping you protect sensitive data without slowing down workflows.
Flexible Job Location Editing
Say goodbye to one-size-fits-all job site boundaries. Field now lets you draw custom shapes for job locations, ideal for irregular or non-circular sites.
This improvement is a direct response to customer feedback and helps your team set more realistic job boundaries in the field.
