The system scans the files and suggests the best location for them, saving you time and ensuring that batch files are organized efficiently.
One example use case for this feature is at the end of a project where the project team wants to upload the final as-built drawings into Deltek PIM for record-keeping purposes. Now, they can quickly upload those files from internal network directories and Deltek PIM will suggest where to publish them, saving valuable time of manual selection and location uncertainty.
