The latest release introduces a new ‘manage projects’ application, which is accessible in any browser. This feature is a continuation of Deltek’s making all features in the Project Command Center available across any browser.

Simplify Expense Reporting with New Mobile App

The Deltek Expense for Ajera mobile app also received a new design and improved functionality to make it even easier to capture expenses. Now, users can easily create expense reports in fewer taps, helping users to complete their expense reports faster. Additionally, this release introduces increased mobile security by leveraging fingerprint or face ID authentication. This biometric authentication better secures your mobile apps and protects your data.

Integrate Disparate Systems with Deltek Unionpoint

Finally, Ajera introduces integration capabilities with the Deltek Unionpoint platform, which is an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solution. This allows you to seamlessly connect Ajera with third-party applications to streamline processes and reduce manual data entry. The new Ajera connector simplifies business automation and provides the ability to quickly authenticate data and then retrieve, update and transform that data in Ajera. Customer-Requested Enhancements

Incorporating customer feedback into every product release is important to Deltek. Through the Deltek Idea Portal, users can submit ideas to improve Ajera, as well as vote on other submitted ideas. This feedback goes directly to the Ajera product management team and provides insight into the features and enhancements that impact our users the most.

Here are a few of the Ajera 10.0 enhancements for your everyday user:

  • Freeze widget headers, making it easier to identify columns when scrolling through a long list
  • Easily drag and drop to upload attachments to save time
  • Upload project attachments in addition to including links to attachments
  • Email vendor remittance advice when making vendor payments
  • Expand and collapse dashboard tabs
  • And more!
