Our recently renovated headquarters location now offers the best of both worlds—a modern, collaborative and inviting space that benefits our employees and customers.

In addition to workplace flexibility, we’ve made Deltek Project Nation Days a permanent fixture in our work schedule–a benefit that allows our team to take a half-day every other Friday, giving individuals the freedom to use their time personally or professionally. We have found that it has become a great addition to our culture and something our employees truly value.

For more than a decade, Mike Corkery played a pivotal role in shaping Deltek into the award-winning workplace it is today. We're excited for him as he takes on his new role at our parent company, Roper, and impressed by the impact President & CEO, Bob Hughes has already made in his initial months at Deltek. Bob recognizes the importance a positive workplace culture has on a company's success, and we're eager to collaborate with him on future employee programs.
