At Deltek, employees embody this approach in meaningful ways. Teams across the company regularly follow environmental best practices to support green communities, including waste management and recycling, selecting sustainable products, and adopting energy-saving measures.

We value sustainability and have integrated it into our company culture. Here are some ways we put this value into practice.

Green Choices in Our Offices

Across our offices worldwide, Deltek prioritizes sustainable practices whenever possible—from comprehensive recycling programs and waste‑reduction strategies to increased use of natural lighting and environmentally friendly cleaning products. These choices help reduce our environmental footprint while enhancing our employees' day‑to‑day experience.

Our commitment is evident in locations like our Nottingham office. In October 2025, the space was updated to modernize the environment, emphasizing energy-saving technologies and sustainable design. This refresh showcased Deltek’s dedication to environmental responsibility and community impact through several thoughtful measures, including:

• LED lighting and motion sensors to reduce energy use
• Reuse, donation, and recycling of furniture
• Dedicated recycling stations
• Sustainable acoustic materials
