As we look back on 2024, we are filled with pride and gratitude for the contributions of our partners. The Deltek Partner Program has proven to be more than just a network; it is a crucial extension of our sales force, driving innovation and expanding our reach into new markets and industries.

Last year, we focused on delivering a best-in-class enablement program, successfully training over 1,000 individuals. This effort has significantly strengthened our partner community and contributed to Deltek’s revenue growth. Additionally, the expansion of the Deltek Pros program, with over 50 new professionals, has enhanced our capacity to support a diverse range of solutions. Our customers now have access to trusted experts with deep knowledge of Deltek solutions, including Deltek Talent Management and Deltek Specpoint.

However, one of the standout success stories of 2024 for me was a large ERP implementation achieved through collaboration with our key partners, BDO and Baker Tilly. Their combined efforts ensured a seamless integration that supported the customer's growth and operational efficiency, showcasing the power of our partner ecosystem in driving successful outcomes.
