Neil Davidson is Group Vice President of Professional Services at Deltek, where he leads a team dedicated to helping professional services organizations grow more profitably, win and deliver better projects, and gain clearer financial control across their operations.

With deep expertise in project-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for professional services firms, Neil works closely with clients to ensure they realize measurable value from their Deltek partnership. His focus is on the outcomes that matter most to finance and operations leaders: improved project margins, stronger cash flow, scalable growth, AI transformation, and the real-time visibility needed to run a competitive global business.

Neil brings a commercially grounded, consultative approach to every client relationship, drawing on extensive experience advising professional services leaders on the strategic and operational impact of ERP transformation. He is a trusted partner to CFOs, CIOs, and Managing Partners navigating complexity, whether that's integrating acquired entities, aligning systems to a new operating model, or driving adoption across international operations.

Neil holds an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham and a Diploma in Strategy from the Scandinavian Institute of Management.
