Our interns are not just here to observe—they're rolling up their sleeves and diving into critical projects. From enhancing our user experience (UX) design to assisting our project-based customers, their contributions are making a lasting impact. One of the most rewarding aspects of our internship program is the two-way learning experience it provides. Each intern is paired with an experienced professional who guides them through the complexities of their role and a peer partner who helps them navigate working at Deltek. Emily Chang—UX Design & Operations Intern
