The hub consolidates all product learning resources into an easy-to-consume, uniform format to empower you with knowledge that boosts productivity, fosters innovation and can be personalized to meet your specific needs.
Simplifying Access to Learning Resources
Deltek offers a wide range of training and learning materials designed to help customers maximize the value of their purchase. There are online help and other documentation resources available from within our products, as well as learning assets and experiences through the Deltek Learning Zone, and knowledge base (KB) articles through the Deltek Support Center. While these resources are valuable and robust, customers have had to access multiple platforms to find the information they need, often requiring login credentials that are only available to a small number of users at each customer company.
Recognizing that an educated customer is a happy customer, we have launched the Deltek Learning Hub for Costpoint in December, which will combine documentation, learning content, support articles, and news, all in one place, with an AI-powered search engine that will look across all these sources of information to give users a new, integrated experience. All users can access this platform without leaving Costpoint, with no credentials needed. By making these materials easily accessible in the Deltek Learning Hub, we aim to empower users with the knowledge they need to succeed by broadening access beyond power users and administrators.
