Michael Krone

As Deltek's Chief Financial Officer, Michael Krone is responsible for the financial management of Deltek. Prior to becoming CFO, Mike was Deltek’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer since July 2009 and joined Deltek as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller in August 2008.

Before joining Deltek, Mike served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at webMethods, Inc., a leading provider of business integration and optimization software. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s day-to-day external and internal accounting and reporting functions, driving process improvements and managing the financial risks of the organization. In addition, Mike served as Public Services Industry Controller at BearingPoint, Inc., a global provider of management and technology consulting services and held various senior financial positions with Enterworks, Inc. – a provider of enterprise information management solutions – including Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He has also provided independent financial consulting services.

Mike is a graduate of Shepherd University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
