Deltek Vantagepoint Smart Summaries. The Deltek Vantagepoint Smart Summary feature is provided strictly on an “as is,” “as available” basis, and Customer’s use of this feature is at Customer’s sole risk. The Smart Summary is generated by an artificial intelligence tool and Deltek does not independently verify the accuracy of each Smart Summary. Customer acknowledges that a Smart Summary may contain inaccuracies or errors and that Customer is responsible for independently reviewing and verifying its accuracy.

Deltek Vantagepoint Subcontractor Subscription Pricing. Pricing for Deltek Vantagepoint subscriptions applies solely to users classified as Subcontractors. Subcontractors are limited to access to time and expense functionality only. At no time may the number of Subcontractor users exceed twenty percent (20%) of the number of Employees.

Example: If Customer has 500 Employees, the maximum permitted number of Subcontractors is 100.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer may designate certain Subcontractor personnel as Employees for purposes of access to functionality beyond time and expense, in which case such personnel shall be treated as Employees under this Agreement and Customer shall (1) provide notice to Deltek and (2) purchase the applicable number of Employee subscriptions.
