Deltek Maconomy Front Office. Customer’s use of Deltek Maconomy Front Office is limited such that Customer may not use the general ledger functionality in Deltek Maconomy to manage its statutory account, nor may Customer use the fixed assets or banking modules.
Deltek Maconomy Services that include Analysis or Reporting. Analysis or reporting functionality may be used only with the Deltek Maconomy SaaS, and accessing data that is not created or used by Deltek Maconomy SaaS is not permitted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer may use Deltek Maconomy SaaS to access Non-Deltek Data provided that such access to the Non-Deltek Data is provided on a read-only basis only and only to the extent such Non-Deltek Data is required for augmenting reports on the data created or used by the Deltek Maconomy SaaS pursuant to this Agreement in order to support the functionalities of the Deltek Maconomy SaaS. As used in this Section, “Non-Deltek Data” means data which is neither created nor used by the Deltek Maconomy SaaS in support of the use and operation of the Deltek Maconomy SaaS pursuant to this Agreement. As applicable, Customer must adhere to the Software Use Rights Schedule (the “Schedule”) containing product specific license terms for the Deltek Maconomy SaaS, including any applicable Address Directories licensed under this Agreement. Deltek Maconomy Subcontractor Subscription Pricing. Pricing for Deltek Maconomy subscriptions applies solely to users classified as Subcontractors. Subcontractors are limited to access to time and expense functionality only. At no time may the number of Subcontractor users exceed twenty percent (20%) of the number of Employees.
Example: If Customer has 500 Employees, the maximum permitted number of Subcontractors is 100.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer may designate certain Subcontractor personnel as Employees for purposes of access to functionality beyond time and expense, in which case such personnel shall be treated as Employees under this Agreement and Customer shall (1) provide notice to Deltek and (2) purchase the applicable number of Employee subscriptions.
AI Feature Terms. Your version of Maconomy may include certain artificial intelligence ("AI") features such as data summarization, AI-powered chat or search, and contractual analysis capabilities. THESE AI FEATURES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND CUSTOMER’S USE OF SUCH FEATURES IS AT CUSTOMER’S SOLE RISK. These AI features include content generated by artificial intelligence and Deltek does not independently verify the accuracy of such content. Customer acknowledges that content from AI features may contain inaccuracies or errors and that Customer is responsible for independently reviewing and verifying its accuracy.
