2025 MVP Award Winners

Architecture & Engineering MVP: Zutari

This year's winner, Zutari, a leading engineering and advisory firm with a 90-year legacy across Africa and the Middle East, is setting a new standard for project execution. By implementing Deltek Vantagepoint with partner Silversoft, Zutari achieved over 20% top-line growth with only an 8% increase in headcount, cut project losses nearly in half, and unified its operations under a single ERP system for real-time, data-driven decision-making. This year’s winner, Gottstein Corporation, a leading industrial contractor in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, is building toward a bold future. With Deltek ComputerEase, the company has scaled consistently over the past decade and doubled down on innovation in pursuit of becoming a billion-dollar enterprise. Their journey reflects a commitment to growth, modernization, and industry leadership.

 

Enterprise MVP: KPMG

This year’s winner, KPMG, is driving digital transformation across the public sector with a global mission rooted in sustainability and innovation. By migrating to Deltek Costpoint in the Cloud, KPMG modernized its financial backbone, eliminated 49 legacy servers, and ensured compliance with federal audit standards while supporting over 2,300 employees with streamlined billing and long-term cost savings. These outcomes demonstrate KPMG’s dedication to modernization, compliance, and operational excellence.

 

Government Contracting MVP: SNC

This year’s winner, Sierra Nevada Company (SNC), is leading the charge in aerospace and national security innovation. This year’s winner, IMEG Consultants Corp, blends national expertise with local collaboration to deliver engineering excellence. Partnering with Baker Tilly, IMEG transitioned 3,000 employees across 90+ locations to Deltek Vantagepoint Expense Reporting—cutting costs, speeding up processing, and achieving FAR-compliant integration with measurable ROI in just four months. Their success showcases the impact of strategic partnerships and tailored solutions.

 

Small to Midsize Business MVP: Adaptic LLC 

This year’s winner, Adaptic LLC, is scaling innovation in support of the Intelligence Community. With Deltek Costpoint and Dela’s AI-powered time entry, Adaptic grew from one to 75 employees with minimal admin overhead, reduced accounting entry time by 75%, and improved business development tracking by 90% all while operating securely within SCIF environments. By working with implementation partner PCI, these results reflect Adaptic’s agility, efficiency, and mission-driven growth.
