Heather Larkin is EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Deltek, where she leads the company's global finance organization and partners with teams across the business to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
Heather brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience to Deltek. She joined from UKG, one of the world's leading HR technology companies, where she served as Senior Vice President of Finance, overseeing a multi-billion dollar global business. At UKG, she led all financial planning, reporting, and analysis, using data and insights to shape business strategy and accelerate growth. She also held leadership roles at Kronos in financial planning and analysis, business transformation and accounting.
Heather began her career in consulting and public accounting, including spending several years at PwC.
Outside of work, Heather can be found exploring the mountains year-round, whether on skis in the winter or mountain bike trails in the summer.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont and is a Certified Public Accountant.
