Tracy Schampers

As Deltek’s Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, Tracy Schampers oversees the company's Legal, Human Resources, and Enterprise Security and Technology Services teams. She is responsible for managing all aspects of Deltek's legal functions, including complex transactions, compliance, litigation, employment, intellectual property, and corporate governance, as well as leading the company's people and security operations.

Tracy joined Deltek in September 2011 and has held several roles of increasing responsibility within the legal department. She was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer before being promoted to her current role.

Prior to joining Deltek, Tracy was a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where her practice spanned mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate governance matters.

Tracy received her B.A. in economics, political science, and international relations from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. In 2018, she was recognized as one of DCA Live's Top Corporate Counsel. Tracy also co-chairs the Young Lawyers' Initiative Committee for the Association of Corporate Counsel – National Capital Region.
