- Improve the user experience: Building on the exciting launch of Deltek Vantagpoint, there are many exciting changes planned for each of our products, several of which are centered on making our solutions easier to use and easier to access. Our development team is doubling down on our efforts to improve product quality and performance. In addition to coding the next releases, they are also busy revamping our processes, tools, and methods to ensure that quality starts before a line of code is ever written! We are confident you will see the impact of these efforts—in software that we deliver in 2019!
- Offer world-class support: One of the areas that we are most excited to tell you about is how we are continually enhancing our support offerings. To ensure you get more accurate answers, more quickly, we have expanded our team of qualified support staff and have launched a brand new support portal, making it easier to find and access the information you need. Lastly, we are getting better at communicating with you. Customers have told us they want more frequent communications on product road maps and new releases, so we developed new Quarterly Town Halls to keep you informed and garner feedback.
- Offer training with flexible options: Last but certainly not least, you told us you wanted more training with more flexible options. So we launched the brand new Deltek Learning Zone (DLZ). The DLZ provides you with many choices, including quick hit infographics, self-paced learning tracks and hundreds of virtual live classes. The Deltek Learning Zone makes it more convenient than ever to learn and develop your knowledge, right from your desk.
