One way we do this is through the Deltek Idea Portal, an online tool designed to provide greater visibility and discussion around user-requested enhancements. Within the Deltek Support Center, your authorized support contacts can access the Idea Portal to share your product ideas with our Product Management team, as well as vote and comment on ideas submitted by other customers.

How To Access The Idea Portals

To submit, review and interact with product ideas, your organization’s Authorized Support Contacts (ASCs) will need to access the Deltek Idea Portals from a link within the Deltek Support Center. If you’re not familiar with your designated ASC, please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
