This video showcases how RPA and the UiPath Platform can automate the processing of AP invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint. The robot processes invoices by scraping key data using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and UiPath’s Machine Learning Extractor. The robot logs into Vantagepoint, creates the AP Vouchers, and sends an email to the AP Supervisor to request approval. Once approved, the robot posts the AP Vouchers and schedules payment based on the due dates.
