Agencies move at the speed of light, which means it has got to be easy to make changes to the plan in motion, often multiple times a day. When client requests are granted and priorities shifted so frequently, it is important that you are able to track what changes have been made, when, why and by whom so that you have an audit trail to follow when need be.

WorkBook records Change logs at multiple levels to provide the detail you need when monitoring the historical record or for tracking and verification purposes.

Here’s how you can access Change logs for Resources, Jobs, Tasks, User Access and the Finance module:

Resource Change Log

Changes made to a specific Resource (a company, employee, client etc.) can be found on their Resource card under Settings.
