Your pipeline and projects are only helpful if you have accurate data. And, you need the people with that information to engage with the tools you have for a more holistic view of your business. But, how do you get busy principals, project managers and marketing teams to update their opportunity and project information? How do you help teams stay on top of opportunities and projects before it’s too late?

Introducing Deltek iAccess for Vision – putting information at your fingertips anywhere, anytime you have an internet connection. iAccess can be used on tablets or any browser making it easier than ever to get to critical Vision data.

Deltek iAccess (formerly Navigator) creates a whole new user experience that is perfect for every front-office employee. iAccess is specifically designed as a streamlined, easy-to-use interface for front-office workers that don’t need the data-intensive power of Vision.

This new interface gives you another option to get the data you need at your fingertips whenever and wherever convenient so you can Know More and Do More.

Deltek iAccess is an extension of your Deltek Vision solution that is intuitive and user-friendly with three distinct workspaces that give your employees just what they need to do their jobs.

  • NEW Business Development workspace for managing clients, contacts and opportunities on the go (available for Vision CRM users)
    iAccessOpp
  • Enhanced Project Management workspace so you can monitor projects and identify problems before it’s too late
    iAccessPM
  • Improved Employee workspace makes it easier to keep timesheets and expense reports up to date from anywhere
    iAccessTimesheet

To use Deltek iAccess for Vision, with the new features and new interface, you must be on the latest version of Vision – Vision 7.4 Cumulative Update #6. Older versions of Navigator will still work with previous versions of Vision. Also, Internet Explorer (IE) 9 is no longer supported with the new iAccess interface. iAccess allows employees to use the browser of their choice including the latest versions of Chrome, Safari and Firefox as well as Internet Explorer (IE) 10 or higher.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll dive into each workspace and give you an overview of how these new spaces can increase user adoption in your firm, improve efficiency and make data more accessible no matter where the project takes you.
