These town halls are part of our commitment to our users to ensure they have the latest information about their solutions, can get tips and tricks from the experts and can get updates about what’s happening with Deltek. This is also an opportunity for you, the users, to get your questions answered by submitting your questions ahead of time.

During the final quarterly town hall of 2020, the product management team provided a live demonstration of some of the new features for Vantagepoint. Attendees can also learn about upcoming changes for Deltek University and an overview of how Deltek Global Consulting can support your company post-implementation.

What’s New in Vantagepoint

If you want to see what’s new in Vantagepoint, you can view this webinar to see live demonstrations of some key new features and enhancements by product directors Dawn Gajewski, Teresa Bever and Ellen Keeley. You’ll learn about how to best leverage revenue forecasting, how to simplify expense entry with a simple photo of the receipt and Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and dashboard enhancements to provide you more flexibility to access the information you need.

What’s Coming in Vantagepoint

In this webinar, Melissa Coffey also highlights what to expect in the next release. Users will be able to take advantage of improvements to Vantagepoint Intelligence, the business intelligence module of Vantagepoint as well as digitally markup draft invoices, credit card matching for expenses, and biometric authentication for mobile to enhance security for our users. In addition, Teresa Bever introduced Vantagepoint Connect – the new Outlook Add-in for Vantagepoint. Vantagepoint Connect will save business developers and project managers time by managing their client activities, contacts and more directly from Outlook. CRM users can easily schedule meetings with the Vantagepoint Connect scheduling assistant, create new contacts from an email, track activities and touch points with clients or simply review the latest information about a client or contact from directly within Outlook. Vantagepoint Connect makes it easier than ever to keep your teams connected with clients, proactively managing pursuits and coordinating across the team.

Adrian Griffiths highlighted the new Deltek Learning Zone platform that provides better search and filter options to find the content you need quickly.
