Deltek continues to enhance its products to better serve its users. By creating more flexibility within the system and enhancing automation throughout reporting and alerts, users can spend more time growing their business and less time on manual processes.
In the latest release, users can leverage multiple automation options to streamline efficiencies. Here are some of the latest enhancements in Deltek + ComputerEase.
941 Form for Q2
The latest release includes updates to the existing 941 form. Due to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), Form 941, an employer's quarterly federal tax return, it was updated by the IRS extending and amending COVID-19 related credits. Users can now access the updated and accurate Form for Q2 to use for your business in Deltek + ComputerEase.
Purchase Order Features
A new import feature allows users to append an existing purchase order (PO) in the system. Users can now add additional information to a PO that may not have been available at the time of the initial data input. We understand some details of PO can come later on throughout the project, and with this new feature, users can append an existing PO without having to edit the PO itself.
Email To-Do Alerts and Invoice Routing Notifications
New email notifications will ensure users don’t miss key alerts when not logged into Deltek + ComputerEase. This enhancement allows users to receive alerts through email when out of the system. Whether you’re in the field or away from your computer, you can stay in the know when you have outstanding notifications in the system.
An additional feature to the email alerts is the new ability to send notifications for invoice approvals. The new invoice routing notifications will speed up the approval process. You will be able to approve invoices in the FieldEase mobile app or from your computer, giving users the flexibility to approve invoices at their convenience.
Schedule Reports with Emailing Options
Scheduling capabilities have been added in Work on Report Books (Under the Tasks Section of the System Menu). These reports will be automated so you will no longer have to manually run reports or set reminders to run reports at a certain time. With this enhanced capability, you can set reports to be run at any cadence for any type of report – whether you need reports run on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis – and focus your time elsewhere in your business.
