Discover ProPricer's Latest Features for Better Proposals

As government contractors face rising cost pressures, evolving compliance demands, and shifting timelines, the ability to move quickly—and accurately—through proposal pricing has never been more important. According to the 2025 Deltek Clarity Government Contracting Industry Study, 58% of contractors say developing competitive pricing strategies is their top proposal challenge—a reflection of how critical agility and accuracy have become.

The latest Deltek ProPricer release, available now, addresses both strategic and day-to-day needs for proposal and pricing teams. With new capabilities designed to improve speed, control, and collaboration, this update empowers contractors to reduce manual work, gain better insight, and navigate the proposal process with greater confidence. Whether you're a pricing analyst, building estimates or a manager tracking compliance, these enhancements focus on what matters most.

Speed and Simplicity for Pricing Teams

This release introduces practical enhancements that simplify how users build and update proposals. One of the most impactful is Copy Task Data, which allows users to duplicate tasks—including their full content—in a single action. This helps eliminate repetitive entry and speeds up proposal development.

Bringing Greater Visibility and Insight

ProPricer’s commitment to system integration and data transparency continues with new updates that help IT, pricing, and program management teams work smarter together.

Support for the OpenTelemetry protocol allows logs to be exported to tools like Grafana or Splunk, giving DevOps teams a clearer view into system activity. The Material Library experience has also been streamlined: it now opens in a filtered view by default and includes a new search bar, helping users find what they need more quickly—especially when working with large data sets.

Deeper Functionality Across BOE Pro

BOE Pro sees a substantial lift in this release, with new tools to help users manage proposals more securely and efficiently.

Access tags can now be applied to BOEs in the library, limiting who can view or reuse them based on user and proposal access rights. This improves control over sensitive content and ensures the right information gets into the right hands. The new "Update from Template" feature allows proposal teams to synchronize BOE sections and workflows quickly, especially helpful when importing proposals from Contractor Edition.

Quickly Align Proposals

RAM view updates lets users instantly see which tasks are associated with a particular responsibility assignment, without switching screens.

Enhanced dashboard visibility now includes proposals a user owns or has been assigned, even if they were not the original creator. To support better governance, permissions have been extended: admins and proposal owners can now manage who can submit or synchronize proposals to Contractor Edition. A new Proposal View Rights setting also gives teams more control over who can view or edit individual proposals.

A More Structured and Compliant Cost Volume Experience

The new Compliance Checklist is a notable change for teams managing complex RFP responses. Proposal managers can now assign compliance items to sections and track completion in a single report—ensuring all requirements are met without jumping between tools.

Supporting a Global User Base

One of the most exciting additions in this release is expanded localization support. ProPricer now includes language options for Canadian French, French, German, and Spanish—making it easier for global teams to collaborate on proposals while working in their preferred language.
