BOE Pro v3.5.105.1

One of the most anticipated features in this release is Phase 1 of the new External System Integration (ESI) feature in BOE Pro. ESI allows you to import actuals to your BOEs, allowing you to start with more accurate and comprehensive data. By importing actuals, you can have higher confidence levels in your estimates, bringing you the upper hand in negotiations.

Another significant enhancement is the introduction of Proposal Location Nesting. This feature allows you to organize and navigate your proposals more efficiently by creating a hierarchical tree with nested virtual folders and subfolders. This makes it easier to separate proposals into structures for each business unit, RFP or year. It lets you quickly find the necessary information, saving you valuable time and effort.

The new Submit to Location feature simplifies proposal management by allowing users to submit proposals to specific locations in ProPricer CE. This enhancement ensures that proposals reach the right destination, reducing the risk of errors and improving workflow.

Finally, BOE Pro 3.5.105.1 includes various UX/UI updates to enhance your overall experience. These improvements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly, allowing you to navigate and use BOE Pro more easily and efficiently.

Cost Volume Pro 3.5.105.1

Cost Volume Pro 3.5.105.1 introduces several new features that enhance its functionality and usability. One such feature is the ability to Ignore ProPricer Report Headers/Footers. This allows users to focus on the content that matters by ignoring extraneous information from ProPricer report headers and footers, presenting only the most relevant information and eliminating the need to manually remove the content after creating your cost volume.

Like BOE Pro, Cost Volume Pro now includes Cost Volume Location Nesting. This feature introduces the hierarchical storage structure to enhance organization and make it easier to manage cost volumes.

The new Margin Override feature gives users more control over their final cost volume output by setting overall page margins on exported reports.

Cost Volume Pro 3.5.105.1 now includes a Do Not Print External Documents feature to ensure confidentiality and protect sensitive information. This enhancement prevents external documents from being printed, making it particularly useful for projects requiring high security.

With full support for all ProPricer reports, users can now access comprehensive reporting capabilities. This ensures you have all the reports you need to make informed decisions and track project performance effectively.

Users can now also insert ProPricer data in the cost volume text editor. The process automatically updates ProPricer hours, units, cost and pricing information without requiring manual entry or copy-and-paste. Eliminating manual work improves the accuracy and consistency of your reports, making it easier to incorporate updated pricing data into cost volume outputs.

Finally, adding Page Numbers for the Header and Footer enhances the readability of your reports. This feature keeps your documents organized and makes it easier to reference specific sections, improving the overall presentation of your reports.

Authorization Pro 3.5.105.1

Authorization Pro 3.5.105.1 introduces an Activity Feed for your Authorization Server, which allows users to monitor key system events such as user logins, failed login attempts, user account changes and license modifications. This feature provides greater visibility into your system's activity, helping you identify potential security issues and maintain a secure environment.

Another valuable addition is the Custom User Fields feature. Administrators can now create and manage custom fields for users, enhancing sorting and filtering capabilities. This improvement allows you to better organize and manage your pricing data, making finding and using the information you need easier.

ProPricer Contractor and Government Editions v9.5.105.1

The latest release of ProPricer CE focuses on Maintenance and Stabilization, addressing bugs and optimizing performance to ensure a reliable and efficient tool for your proposals. These improvements maintain compatibility with our companion products and enhance the stability and performance of ProPricer CE, providing a smoother user experience.
