It is that time of year and Deltek Customer Care is working hard to assist you with year-end activities. Each January, support volume increases by 25%, so we can expect wait times to increase slightly when contacting Deltek Support. To help you expedite your year-end activities, we are providing these additional resources to give you quick access to the information you need.

Year-End Info Center

The Year-End Info Center is your single place for easy access to all your year-end related knowledge base articles, videos and special offerings. This resource center also includes comprehensive year-end guides, frequently asked questions documents and step-by-step instructions for closing your year-end books.

Additionally, we have made our free informational year-end training videos available to download and to view on-demand. These dedicated training sessions will cover topics such as how to conduct year-end closing for general ledger, accounts payable and payroll, how to troubleshoot issues that arise during the year-end close process and frequently asked questions.
