The second quarter Deltek + ComputerEase Town Hall for 2022 focused on why now is the time for Deltek + ComputerEase, ways to automate your payments process and a range of benefits – such as how to save time, improve accuracy, and ensure business continuity. Attendees also heard exciting updates from Customer Care and news about our upcoming user conference Deltek ProjectCon.

In this Town Hall, Senior Product Director Heather Lark conveyed Deltek + ComputerEase’s roadmap priorities towards purposeful innovation, enhancing the user experience, and producing real-time field data.

Enhancements from the 22.1 release are the results of direct feedback from users. If you have not heard about Deltek + ComputerEase's latest updates, now is the time to get up to speed on how this version may empower your teams to increase visibility, provide transparency, and mitigate risk throughout your entire job lifecycle. More Deltek experts shared an overview of how Deltek + ComputerEase can solve your business problems with a modern, intuitive, easy-to-use interface with automated features such as proactive reporting and analytics.

This latest release uplevels your Deltek + ComputerEase experience by automating the account receivables process so that you can get paid faster and provide your customers with an easy-to-use click-to-pay link on invoices.

Implementing this new software is simple, with a new feature to allow you to conduct a mass update of vendor records.

Another enhancement is how users can create customized, detailed reports without requiring the skills of a computer programmer. Now users may schedule reports to run automatically and be delivered to your inbox on a customized schedule. This means improved visibility into your daily operations to make more informed decisions.

Heather Lark also discussed plans for upcoming Deltek + ComputerEase enhancements, from service management to field applications to APIs.
