Stay Connected: Costpoint Resources You Need to Know

Thanks to all who helped make Deltek Virtual Insight a record-breaking success. It was our pleasure to host over 11,500 unique attendees over the course of two days. We officially launched Costpoint 8, supplied a wealth of product information and industry insights, encouraged knowledge sharing, and had some fun along the way.

Now that Deltek Virtual Insight is in the books, we want to make sure we stay connected, and you stay informed. Below you’ll find the best ways to stay up-to-date on Costpoint activities, from learning more about individual modules to insights from thought leaders throughout the year, where to watch product demos, how to get product training, valuable survey data that can help your organization, and much more. This guide to available resources will ensure you’re getting the most out of Costpoint.

• The Costpoint Product blog
  The Costpoint product blog is updated on a weekly basis and delivers valuable content regarding product overviews, best practices, tips and tricks, partner success stories, and much more. Housed on the Deltek website, the Costpoint product blog allows you to enter keywords and search for specific topics, or browse by pre-defined categories to drill down to what you may be interested in. Best of all, you can ensure you never miss a blog post by subscribing, either via email or RSS feed. • Deltek Learning Zone
  Here you can get everything you need to help make a successful transition to Costpoint 8, from upgrade information to training guides, learning videos, and self-paced training that dives deeply into the fundamentals of our products. View on-demand videos featuring some of the key features within Costpoint 8, including Mobile Expense, Lead and Contact Tracking, and the new Mobile CRM application within Contract Management, role-based dashboards in Business Intelligence, and more. Plus, there is an FAQ section available to help with some of the questions we’ve received.
  

  

• Solution Speed Sessions
  If you’re looking for an introduction to Costpoint’s product modules, Solution Speed Sessions are the right place. These webinars provide an introduction to product features and capabilities and walk you through a demo, where appropriate. You can ask questions and download a number of related resources to help you further understand how the product can best support your needs.   Throughout the year, we invite customers, partners, and guest speakers to share industry insights, success stories, case studies, and more.   Whether you’re looking for updates on Costpoint 8, want to better understand how Costpoint can support a small business, or want to learn more about a particular module, you’ll find it all on Deltek.com. Each of our modules, including Business Intelligence, Human Capital Management, Procurement, Project Management, Time and Expense, Contract Management, Manufacturing, Project Accounting, and Subcontractor Management, has its own designated page that provides a high-level overview and features and benefits. You can also view product videos specific to each of our modules and visit the Resource Center for past webinars and search for Costpoint related content.
  
  
• Town Hall Meetings
  This quarterly webinar series is designed exclusively for existing Costpoint users. These one-hour sessions spotlight all the things our current customers may be interested in, from tips on using our solution to updates on product releases and roadmaps, and information from our customer care team. Presenters include leaders from our Product team and are available to take questions throughout the session. Can’t make the live call? • Deltek Clarity Study
  This annual survey, now in its 11th year, is conducted by Deltek and explores departmental challenges across the entire organization and dives into innovative approaches firms are taking to successfully address these challenges. This past year we had 380+ participants, our highest participant number ever.  Download the survey results and take a deeper dive into those results with our Clarity webinar series, now available on-demand.

As a reminder, you can get an in-depth look at Costpoint product information and the new enhancements and capabilities of Costpoint 8 through Virtual Deltek Insight as all sessions are now available on-demand through December 31, 2020. If you were previously registered, you can use your existing login information, or you can register today and gain access.
