For the Second Year in a Row, Deltek’s Assisted Technical Support exceeds benchmark for customer satisfaction by J.D. Power standards

Deltek successfully completed an audit of Assisted Support operations and exceeded a benchmark for satisfaction. Customers evaluated Deltek’s performance in factors including:
