Overview
FMIS provides a comprehensive Enhanced Purchasing system for Deltek Vantagepoint users that does not involve multiple standalone systems. Integration with Vantagepoint allows firms to pass all relevant project information across to FMIS in real-time, allowing you to effectively manage purchasing, inventory and assembly or kitting. Two-way integration allows FMIS to post back to Deltek Vantagepoint giving you full visibility of project commitments, stock movements and sales invoices in a single view.
Key CapabilitiesA two-way integration is established between FMIS and Vantagepoint. All changes to integrated fields, such as users, clients, projects, vendors, etc. within Vantagepoint will be automatically reflected in FMIS. Modifications to integrated fields will be reflected in the other platform. Cloud or on-premise integration is available. Data integrity is maintained by batch and incremental updates. Databases are synced in real time and/or multiple times through the day to keep the data between FMIS and Vantagepoint up to date.
