Bill & Pay for Vantagepoint, also known as Vantagepoint Payments: AR Automation, lets users quickly and easily accept and reconcile payments. Get paid faster by accepting ACH and card payments, sending automated email reminders, setting up recurring payments and payment plans, and adding click-to-pay links to invoices. Payment detail is synced back to Vantagepoint, making reconciliation as easy as a couple clicks.
Overview
Invoice level detail and a PDF of each invoice generated by Vantagepoint are synced from Vantagepoint to Bill & Pay, which then sends emails with Payment Links and the PDF invoice to your clients. The Payment Link allows your client to access a PCI-compliant payment portal and make payments via ACH, credit or debit cards. Once a payment is made, funds are transferred to your bank account and payment details are synced back to Vantagepoint. As the payment is associated with a specific customer, project, and invoice, reconciliation is as easy as reviewing and posting the cash receipt.
