Bill & Pay for Deltek ComputerEase

ComputerEase and Bill & Pay are integrated to allow syncing of invoices, payments, and customer account data. A biller portal allows the ComputerEase customer to view invoices and payments, while a Payer portal allows the billed party to review invoices and make payments. Once payment is confirmed, payment information is sent from Bill & Pay to ComputerEase and reconciled in the general ledger.

Key Capabilities

• Customers can make electronic payments via card or ACH payments (with the ability to control accepted payment types).
• Click-to-pay links support a one-time payment via card or ACH payments without logging in.
• Support for credit card convenience fees (often called credit card surcharge fees).
• Electronic payment reconciliation is automated to the ComputerEase General Ledger.
• The Payer can also create a login to review paid and open invoices, and stored forms of payment.
