The Deltek-built integration between Ajera and Bill & Pay portal allows customers to accept payments painlessly, sync invoices, and create payments in Ajera for the approved invoices. Ajera users can access a Biller portal, offer customers account with a Payer portal, accept ACH and card payments, send automated email reminders, payment plans, and reminder emails, and insert Pay Now links into Ajera-generated emails.
Overview
Ajera and Bill & Pay are integrated to sync invoices, payments, and customer account data. A Biller portal allows the Ajera user to view invoices and payments, while a Payer portal allows the billed party to review invoices and make payments. Once payment is confirmed, payment information is sent from Bill & Pay to Ajera.
Key Capabilities
- Customers can make electronic payments via card or ACH payments
- Pay Now links attached to each invoice support a one-time payment via card or ACH payments without logging in
- Once payments are made, Ajera imports payment details from Bill & Pay and automatically applies them to the appropriate invoice and your company's general ledger
- The Payer can also create a login to review paid/open invoices and stored forms of payment
- Pay Now links can be included in invoice emails sent from Ajera
