Excess Professional Liability Insurance

Berkley Design Professional’s Excess Professional Liability Insurance policy is designed to respond when the professional liability limits of an underlying policy have been exhausted.

Our Excess Professional Liability coverage can be excess over our policy or another carrier’s policy. There are three coverage options:

• Excess over the entire underlying policy
• Specific job excess
• Specific client excess (single project or multiple projects)
