Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision Subcontractor Pricing for Term Licenses.   Pricing for Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision Subcontractor Term Licenses applies solely to users classified as Subcontractors. Subcontractors are limited to access to time and expense functionality only. At no time may the number of Subcontractor users exceed twenty percent (20%) of the number of Employees.

Example: If Customer has 500 Employees, the maximum permitted number of Subcontractors is 100.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer may designate certain Subcontractor personnel as Employees for purposes of access to functionality beyond time and expense, in which case such personnel shall be treated as Employees under this Agreement and Customer shall (1) provide notice to Deltek and (2) purchase the applicable number of Employee Term Licenses.
