Deltek Maconomy. Notwithstanding the definition of Extensions, Extensions created with standard Maconomy tools that are simple user interface layout changes such as changing fields in existing layouts, changing existing workspace structures, or embedding BPM reports will be included in Maintenance.

Deltek Maconomy Software Products that include Analysis or Reporting. Analysis or reporting functionality may be used only with the Deltek Maconomy Software, and accessing data that is not created or used by Deltek Maconomy Software is not permitted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer may use Deltek Maconomy Software to access Non-Deltek Data provided that such access to the Non-Deltek Data is provided on a read-only basis only and only to the extent such Non-Deltek Data is required for augmenting reports on the data created or used by the Deltek Maconomy Software pursuant to this Agreement in order to support the functionalities of the Deltek Maconomy Software. As used in this Section, “Non-Deltek Data” means data which is neither created nor used by the Deltek Maconomy Software in support of the use and operation of the Deltek Maconomy Software pursuant to this Agreement. As applicable, Customer must adhere to the Software Use Rights Schedule (the “Schedule”) containing product specific license terms for the Deltek Maconomy Software, including any applicable address directories licensed under this Agreement. The Schedule is available at PE Build (Formerly OEM) Software Use Rights_v.7-2021.

Deltek Maconomy Front Office. A License to use Deltek Maconomy Front Office is limited such that Customer may not use the general ledger functionality in Deltek Maconomy to manage its statutory account, nor may Customer use the fixed assets or banking modules.

Deltek Maconomy Subcontractor Employee or Temporary Employee Pricing for Term Licenses. The pricing for Deltek Maconomy Sub-Contractors or Temporary Employees applies solely to Term Licenses for Customer’s sub contractor personnel, non-full-time personnel and temporary/seasonal personnel (“Subcontractor Licenses”). Subcontractor License users may only access time and expense functionality. The balance of Customer’s workforce is referred to as the “Core Group.” Customer will utilize a designation in the Employee card in Maconomy (i.e. Employee Type = “Contractor”) to denote worker type Contractor, whereas other Employee Types will represent the Core Group.
