“Now, team members don't have to go chasing their tails, going on some kind of treasure hunt, to figure out where information is stored,” Pete explains. “It's all in one place. That's a tremendous boon for enhancing the quality of what we do.

Pete tells us that one of the key benefits he found from adopting Deltek’s solutions was the availability of statistical control flowcharts and data sets. He explains: “It really gives us the ability to measure and form metrics that are meaningful to us. To actually manage the manufacturing processes within our business and really hone in on cause and effect.”

And the data quality the solution enables is also a big win for Qarbon Aerospace. “The quality of the data and the information that's available to our people, gives them real-time information,” Pete adds. “We can promote very rapid decision making and propel the business forward at a real fast velocity, because we like to move fast in our business.”
