In the June 2022 town hall, Deltek Specification customers learned about the upcoming Deltek Specpoint version 1.3 release, MasterSpec^® and SpecText^® Q2 2022 updates to be deployed, how to work seamlessly with our Deltek Customer Care and Customer Success team in addition to using the product learning resources available in the Deltek University. What’s New in Deltek Specpoint?

Deltek Specpoint version 1.3 is packed with features and functionality you don’t want to miss. Some of the key features in this version include:

• Project-Level Import: Convert customized masters or consultant work into usable, intelligent information within Specpoint. An integrated previewer, error detection system and association tool allow you to customize how you’d like to integrate the information within the project workspace.
• Style Guide, Headers & Footers: Customize document styles, headers and footers to suit your projects. All templates are re-usable across projects, so you can have more consistency across your firm.
• Unifying the Project Team: Specpoint now allows you to invite guests onto your account to actively review and edit specifications all in a common data environment including owners, contractors, other design team members, building product manufacturers (BPMs) and more.

MasterSpec & SpecText Updates

The MasterSpec 2022 Second Update published on June 30th contains 73 Sections, 14 of which have received full technical updates (Divisions 22-23, 26, and 32), with the remainder undergoing selective revisions to technical content.

SpecText continues to receive quarterly updates with the Q2 update deployed in April with updates to sections:

• 310813 Pile Load Testing
• 312113 Radon Testing
