Reimagining Partner Success
Our partners are a critical element of our ecosystem that enable Deltek to deliver world-class solutions to project-based businesses. They play a strategic role by expanding our global reach, keeping our customers current on our latest technology solutions, and enhancing our product offerings.
For 2021, we are excited to announce we’ve completely reimagined our partner program structure to be more reflective of our partner's needs, guided by the principles of being easier to do business with and more flexible in a rapidly changing channel landscape. We’ve listened to feedback and invested in the teams, program design, and tools that will help empower Deltek Partners to take their business to the next level.
This new global program, now formally known as the Deltek Partner Network, or DPN for short, is comprised of three individualized programs: the Solutions Partner Program, the Advocate Program and the Marketplace Partner Program. Each is designed to align with different go-to-market approaches that enable partners to expand their business in a way that best fits their needs.
Solutions Partner Program
The Solutions Partner Program is a unified program available to new and existing Deltek Partners worldwide. Included is a comprehensive set of benefits designed to grow a partner's business, along with a new tiering structure, based on commitment and contribution that can help differentiate them in the marketplace. The new program adapts to the various ways that partners go to market by offering multiple sales motions including independent reselling and collaborative co-selling depending on the needs of our partners and their customers.
With this enhanced program, comes a new, modern partner portal that offers on-demand access to resources and information critical to running a business ─ available anytime, anywhere. It features a streamlined interface to register and track opportunities, consume enablement resources, leverage marketing tools, and access partner program benefits.
Now when partners visit the Deltek Partner Portal, they'll have real-time visibility into their account, be able to track the status of leads, submit MDF requests and even see what the progress of their payments are ─ and so much more ─ all in one easy to access and use platform. Deltek is also investing in our partner’s future success by forming a new Partner Development team, established to help identify and drive leads to Solutions Partners across the globe.
But more importantly, through this program, Solutions Partners will now have the opportunity to earn an increased return on their investment. Our new MDF Program allows partners to invest in their marketing efforts to drive incremental sales and acquire new customers. With best-in-class margins, alignment to our direct sales teams, along with consulting and implementation services, there has never been a better time to be a Deltek Partner to help grow your business.
With the addition of these benefits, we are thrilled to offer our Solutions Partners enhanced tools, training, and resources to help build their Deltek sales and services capabilities and capacity ─ while making it even easier to do business with us!
The Advocate Program is a no-obligation partnership alternative for companies, consultants and customers who either aren't ready ─ or don't feel they can make the commitment necessary ─ to become a dedicated Solutions Partner. The process is easy, as Advocates simply refer prospective customers to earn commissions, and our Deltek team does 100% of the selling. Making this program a great way to become part of the Deltek Partner Network without any additional commitment or investment.
Marketplace Partner Program
Deltek’s Marketplace Program brings together a diverse group of best-in-class global partners that provide complementary solutions to extend the power of Deltek products. Marketplace Partners provide additional value to Deltek products and help amplify the customer’s investment in Deltek solutions.
