Deltek PIM takes managing your files to the next level with Local File Management – the next generation of your PIM Working Files. PIM Working Files allowed users to upload documents into the PIM Document Management System (DMS), as well as manage edits to those documents. Local File Management delivers the same functionality and more by enabling users to publish documents directly from Windows Explorer, upload multiple files simultaneously with express check-in and more.

3. Extend the Power of Deltek PIM

Deltek PIM is more than an email and document management tool. Be it streamlining construction administration processes, managing in-progress drawings or capturing real-time project site information, attendees learned how they can better leverage PIM Mobile Working, Contract Management and more to streamline workflows and processes.

4. Map Out Your Deltek PIM Mobile Journey

The Deltek PIM mobile app provides flexibility to meet the needs of different companies. From simply providing access to documents on the go, empowering teams to capture information while on project sites and enabling users to produce custom reports from site data, the mobile app empowers users to stay connected to the project no matter where they are working.

5. Ledger Connector for Project Accounting

The upcoming release of Deltek PIM introduces a new ledger connector between PIM Project Accounting and Sage Business Cloud, designed to enable legacy Sage 50 clients to have a wider Sage upgrade opportunity. Note that Project Accounting is not available to PIM customers in North America.

6. The Future of Information Management

Deltek PIM has a strong roadmap ahead that will continue to evolve as companies evolve how they manage their project information. Our focus will be improving integrations with third-party solutions, automating processes to streamline workflows, improving collaboration among an increasing distributed workforce and better enabling teams to understand interactions with project documents.
