Lanpro Selects Deltek Vantagepoint to Streamline Project Financial Management

Deltek is delighted to announce that Lanpro, a leading independent consultancy that provides exceptional planning, design, and environmental services across the UK, has selected Deltek Vantagepoint as their Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution to help manage their project financials, resources and pipeline.

With the business's exponential growth (achieving over 200% growth over three years), it has required some refinement of its systems and processes to ensure optimal efficiency in the use of resources and maximizing profitability from projects.  

Lanpro approached Deltek because they had observed that:  

• User engagement was hindered by limited accessibility to the existing software, which led to outdated and inaccurate data.
• Manual sales and pipeline management leading to inefficiencies and lower net profit.
• An onerous and lengthy invoicing process due to volume of data, multiple systems, and manual re-entry.

Having conducted extensive feedback from their team, they found their existing PSA solution, was challenging for end users. Project analytical data and KPIs had to be exported manually into Power BI, and company data required a lot of manual intervention.

Lanpro selected Deltek Vantagepoint as it will help all teams within the business consistently manage project information, providing accurate and up-to-date data across the project lifecycle whilst integrating with Xero. The teams will also still be able to use Power BI but with the added advantage of all levels of the company having access to real-time Vantagepoint dashboards that will present the data, therefore saving time needed in manipulation.
