During the Q2 2022 Town Hall for Deltek PIM, attendees learned how to maximize the Deltek PIM mobile app, received a critical update on PIM and Microsoft, heard about improvements from the Deltek Support team and discovered an exciting new way for users to share feedback with the PIM product team among other key Deltek updates.

Empower Users Anywhere with the Deltek PIM Mobile App, Browser Flexibility and More

Rob Baker, product manager, discussed how the Deltek PIM mobile app increases efficiency and collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle to help keep projects moving forward regardless of physical location. This includes finding and accessing all project information, capturing and annotating site photos and completing digital forms. Customer Care Update

Aldwin Mangaoang, team lead in customer care, unveiled significant changes to the Deltek support experience, based directly on your feedback. First, Deltek increased the number of annual support cases to 30 cases for the Standard Care Plan to help better support you and provide quick resolutions. Second, Deltek now provides unlimited support to Deltek PIM users within the first year from the date of purchase – an increase from 120 days – to improve the overall experience for users at a critical point of their Deltek journey. Third, customers can assign additional support contacts within their accounts, making it easier to work with the support team. To learn more, watch this town hall.
