What's New in ConceptShare 6.31

October 27, 2021
Regan Riddoch
Sr. Product Marketing Manager

The release of ConceptShare 6.31 shows our continued commitment to product performance and security.

Highlights:

AngularJS Upgrade

We are upgrading ConceptShare’s code to AngularJS 1.8.2. This code upgrade will simply address security issues that could arise with the lower version number. This change is occurring behind the scenes so you should notice no changes in your ConceptShare system.

Atlassian Connect Installation Security Improvement

Atlassian, maker of Jira, is moving to enforce the use of asymmetric JSON web tokens (JWTs) for all apps by October 29, 2021. So for those of you using ConceptShare for Jira, we’ve updated the tokens used in our integration to match Atlassian’s security upgrade for the Connect framework.

Update to the FRS Release Schedule

For our ConceptShare customers on an FRS release schedule, please note a change to the regular FRS release schedule. Instead of quarterly, we will be transitioning FRS releases to a semi-annual cadence starting in 2022. There will be no change to the customer communication process, so you will still receive an email to alert you when the next FRS release will be available.
