Brian Daniell

Senior VP, Customer Care

As Deltek's Senior Vice President of Customer Care, Brian Daniell is responsible for all of Deltek's customer support and training operations. His responsibilities include leading the company's global customer care and customer success strategy, managing global customer support operations, deepening customer relationships, and guiding the expansion of the company's portfolio of services to meet the needs of Deltek's growing customer base.

Brian has over 20 years of experience supporting and servicing enterprise software solutions in a variety of senior management positions. Before becoming Deltek’s SVP of Customer Care, Brian served as Deltek’s Vice President of Customer Care Operations where he managed the company’s overall customer support efforts which included all aspects of delivery and maintenance. In this role, he was responsible for expanding Deltek’s Customer Care offerings and delivering award winning support tools to its customer base.

Prior to joining Deltek, he served as the Sr. Director of Client Services at Harper and Shuman where he established a multi-faceted, global customer support organization that was a recognized service and support industry leader. In this position, Brian successfully built a world-class customer support team, launched new implementation services, and developed global training programs.

Brian is active in the Customer Support industry, serving on association boards and regularly speaking on a variety of Customer Support topics. He has been on the Advisory Board of Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) and has served on the Board for the Association of Support Professionals (ASP).

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Bentley University.
