Dinakar Hituvalli

Dinakar Hituvalli is EVP and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Deltek, the leading provider of software and solutions for project-based businesses. In this role, which he expanded into in early 2026, Dinakar oversees the full breadth of the product and technology organization — including product strategy, engineering execution, cloud operations, and AI innovation. His focus is on building a platform that gives Deltek customers the speed, clarity, and control they need to run and grow their businesses.

Dinakar brings more than two decades of experience leading large-scale, global product and engineering organizations in the SaaS enterprise software space. He is a practitioner and advocate of Agile methodologies, with a career built on delivering complex, market-leading software at scale.

Before joining Deltek in 2023, Dinakar spent 25 years at Oracle, where he held progressively senior roles in product and engineering leadership. Most recently, he served as Group Vice President of Product Development, leading the global team responsible for Oracle's Cloud ERP suite — a portfolio spanning core financial management and project portfolio management applications. In that role, he owned the product vision, roadmap, and industry strategy for Cloud ERP, and was an early champion of incorporating AI, NLP, and machine learning into enterprise application development.

Dinakar holds a B.S. in engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and an M.S. in engineering from the University of Toledo.
