Margo Martin

Senior VP, Chief Customer Officer


As Deltek's Chief Customer Officer, Margo Martin is responsible for Deltek's global customer operations and strategy. She leads the company's customer experience strategy including consulting, customer education & enablement, customer support and customer success. Margo’s mission is to deepen customer relationships by delivering a seamless and impactful end-to-end journey for Deltek customers, ensuring they maximize their Deltek investment.

Margo has over 20 years of experience supporting and ensuring the success of Deltek’s customers in various senior positions. Prior to becoming Chief Customer Officer, Margo was the Group Vice President of Customer Success, and she served as the Vice President of Customer Success for Deltek’s SaaS products and the Vice President of Global Support. In her role as VP of Global Support, she led the team responsible for Deltek’s J.D. Power: Excellence in Support Award. Margo has successfully built many global customer-facing and cross functional teams. Before joining Deltek, Margo was the Controller for one of the company’s government contracting customers who used Deltek’s very first software solution.

Margo is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is an active member in the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA). She also plays an active role in the Women@Deltek program, which fosters a network of colleagues and resources to promote the advancement of women throughout the organization.
