Quarterly Town Hall Recap: Submit Timesheets and Expense Reports Faster and More

These town halls are part of our commitment to our users to ensure they have the latest information about their solutions, can get tips and tricks from the experts and can get updates about what’s happening with Deltek. During the second quarterly town hall of 2021, Vantagepoint users learned more about how to better leverage Vantagepoint mobile apps, resources available within the Deltek Learning Zone and the 2021 workshops available to helps users enhance their knowledge of the solution.

Save Time with Vantagepoint Mobile Apps

Product Director Teresa Bever highlights the capabilities of the Vantagepoint Mobile CRM and Vantagepoint Time & Expense mobile apps to save users time. With Vantagepoint Mobile CRM, users can easily manage their pipeline and nurture client relationships with easy access to pursuits, contacts, activities and more from wherever they are. Vantagepoint Time & Expense enables users to easily complete their timesheets and expense reports, as well as allows managers to approve timesheets and expense reports.

Further Your Vantagepoint Knowledge

Delivery Director Chad Livingston highlights the Global Consulting Workshops available that share best practices and provide hands-on learning to provide better ways of using key features in the system. Additionally, the Deltek Global Consulting team can help your firm maximize all of the features available in Vantagepoint to increase efficiency and streamline processes through dashboards, revenue forecasting, interactive Gantt chart charting, draft invoice markup and more.

Customer Care Update

Adam Emery, director of customer care, provided updates available on the Deltek Support Center, including the ability to access popular Knowledge Base Articles on the home screen without having to login. Additionally, the search tool allows users to find answers quickly through guides, knowledge base articles, release notes, online communities and more.

Deltek University Update

Senior Curriculum Manager Adrian Griffiths shared updates made to the Deltek Learning Zone (DLZ). New learning paths are available to encourage users to get the most out of Vantagepoint and Functional Reference Guides provide overviews and functionality assistance.

Coming in July 2021 is the relaunch of live classes that include virtual lectures and an interactive environment allowing participants to practice. Stay tuned for more information.
