On Glassdoor’s 16th annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work in 2024, Deltek ranked #8 overall and #6 for technology companies of the 100 who made the list! We also were named #3 on Glassdoor’s Top 10 Highest-Rated Tech Companies list for culture and values in 2023.

The Glassdoor employee reviews highlight Deltek’s standout culture and values, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance. Unlike other workplace awards, these awards are based on the input of employees who provided anonymous feedback on Glassdoor by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer over the past year.

Forbes Best Midsized Employers

For the third year in a row, Forbes named Deltek a leading company for our dedication to workplace culture and employee experience. Landing the #100 spot out of 400 and #9 best tech company among America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2024.

America's Best Midsize Employers 2024 were selected based on an independent survey of over 170,000 U.S. employees. The survey included companies across all industry sectors employing at least 1,000 workers within the U.S.

Washington Post Top Workplaces

Since 2017, The Washington Post Top Workplaces  list has consistently recognized Deltek as a leader in company satisfaction and engagement. In 2023, we were thrilled to be ranked #4 among the large companies in the D.C. metro area.

Selection to this annual list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.

Best Employer Brand in Asia

Deltek was named a Best Place to Work in the Philippines – for the 11th time in 2023. The Best Employer Brand Awards recognize companies that foster a positive working environment and engage employees through best-in-class human resources practices.
