Keynotes featuring Ken Burns and Deltek CEO Mike Corkery to Kick-Off Insight 2016
On November 14th, the Insight 2016 General Session will feature a keynote address from American Documentary Filmmaker, Ken Burns. Noted as being the greatest documentarian of our time, Burns will enthrall Insight attendees with a glimpse into the stories behind the making of some of the most acclaimed historical documentaries ever produced and the threads that bind society together.
Moderated by renowned corporate host and comedian Scott Bloom, General Session will also feature a keynote presentation on Deltek’s strategic priorities from Mike Corkery, Deltek’s President and CEO.
This year’s Insight theme – Solve More – will be explored in-depth during hundreds of sessions and in the Insight Expo Hall to help Deltek users solve more challenges and harness new opportunities. Nearly 30 sponsors, including Insight 2016’s Diamond Sponsor – Baker Tilly – and Platinum Sponsors EleVia, Kinetek Consulting, NeoSystems and Sand Solutions Limited – will join Deltek at the Gaylord National Resort. To wrap-up the 4-day event, Deltek will host its signature “Celebrate Insight” customer party on the evening of November 16, featuring a concert with the lead singers from three powerhouse 90’s bands playing their biggest hits: Emerson Hart of Tonic, Kevin Griffin of Better Than Ezra, and Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray. Also back by popular demand, musical duo LOCASH will close out the celebration with their high-energy performance of chart-topping singles “I Love this Life” and “I Know Somebody” as well as cover tunes.
