The 2017 SPI Research Professional Services Maturity^™ Benchmark Study Names Top Firms, Including IPM and Superior Controls, Both Powered by Deltek

According to SPI, these Best-of-the-Best firms outperformed their peers and the benchmark average with not only significantly higher profits, but also larger projects and more satisfied clients. These top performers also had year-over-year revenue growth that far outpaced their competitors.

The report features over 200 KPIs and reveals revenue and headcount growth dipping to seven-year lows, even though many leading indicators showed improvement in 2016. “This year’s report goes beyond the metrics of benchmarking to discuss the solutions that make it possible.
