What's New in ConceptShare 6.29

ConceptShare 6.29 addresses the challenges of managing the review cycle across a distributed team, while giving you the ability to further customize the review and approval (R&A) process to suit your team’s ideal workflow.

Make it easier for every review team member to participate in the R&A process, from anywhere.

Previously, only licensed ConceptShare users could access the Proofing Workspace on a mobile device. Now, Guest Reviewers can review asset information and comments, accept or reject reviews, and add their own feedback, from the convenience of their mobile device, just by clicking the link in their review invitation.

Guest Reviewers can simply click on the "Launch Review" button from the review invitation and go directly to the Proofing Workspace. 

Guest Reviewers can participate in reviews from the convenience of their mobile device. 

Modify review invitation distribution to suit your team’s ideal workflow.

Review invitations should be received in the way that works best for your team. Now, when review invitations are enabled or disabled at the Account level, Project Coordinators can decide which team members receive review invitations at the Reviewer Role level when creating or editing a review.

Adjust your Account Settings to enable or disable review invitations for each Review Role.

When creating or editing a review, choose the appropriate Reviewer Roles based on which should receive review notifications.
